Derek was incredible handling the service & MOT for my EV. I was kept up to date through the entire process & everything went smoothly with pick up & drop off.

Given the job was quite unusual involving different pick up and delivery addresses there was a good chance that something might not run smoothly. I have therefore been unable to access the car so far as it had to be returned to the pick up address in the end.

The whole process was brilliant. So simple and efficient. Derek, our mechanic was fantastic, such a lovely guy and so incredibly helpful, nothing was too much bother, thank you so much for all your help in getting our wee car back on the road. We couldn't have asked for any more really, service was phenomonal. Car was collected, fixed, mot'd and returned, no hassle at all.

Derek was lovely and did his best to fix the car. Needed a new battery anyway so replaced but he soon found the problem was the starter. Explained to me the cause and what kind of job it would be before letting me book it in my own time. Friendly guy would recommend.

Derek was very friendly, collected my car and performed an MOT and service as originally agreed. Derek communicated well the faults found and a posted out on email a document detailing all the work carried out in the service and the faults found during the MOT. On this occasion I decided not to have the faults fixed due to the extent of work that was required to pass its MOT. Derek delivered my car the following day and completed my service history book. I would definitely use Derek again.
