Derek was AMAZING. He contacted me the night before the pre purchase inspection to introduce himself. It was all done remotely as the van I was looking to buy. The van was terrible and I am so glad I booked this company. Derek was so kind and professional throughout. He could tell I was upset with the outcome but that is the reason I wanted it doing. Its value for money this service to save the stress of using all my money on a van that is just scrap metal.

Derek was brilliant from start to finish. He reached out proactively before the inspection to confirm details and was clearly well-prepared when he arrived. The inspection itself was thorough and informative; he talked me through everything as he went, and followed up with detailed videos and images so I could see exactly what he was looking at. Really helped me make an informed decision on a used Porsche purchase. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Mechanics opinion of the vehicle and its history I found was based on the owners comments rather than own investigation.
Definitely a tick box exercise, a lot of boxes ticked on the job sheet didn’t match with the true condition of the vehicle and being told the vehicle drives spot on just doesn’t cut it for me unfortunately. £200 waisted on this inspection I will use AA or RAC in future for full transparency.

Derek was absolutely fantastic my car broke down just a day before I went on holiday Derek picked it up fixed it and dropped it back off before I got home cant thank him enough 🙂
