Derek was AMAZING. He contacted me the night before the pre purchase inspection to introduce himself. It was all done remotely as the van I was looking to buy. The van was terrible and I am so glad I booked this company. Derek was so kind and professional throughout. He could tell I was upset with the outcome but that is the reason I wanted it doing. Its value for money this service to save the stress of using all my money on a van that is just scrap metal.

The inspection itself was thorough and informative; he talked me through everything as he went, and followed up with detailed videos and images so I could see exactly what he was looking at. Really helped me make an informed decision on a used Porsche purchase. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.
