Shaun was running late but showed up at the rearranged time. I said i would need it done for later that day. Although it wasn't straightforward Shaun managed to get the job done in time.

Shaun was excellent, friendly , clean and tidy and showed me what he’d done to my car

Shaun was very professional. I booked a non start diagnosis and it was very thorough. There was no rush and Shaun explained everything.
Unfortunately it was an electrical problem which Shaun was unable to fix.(which he was frustrated with)
A auto electrician was needed and although Click Mechanic didn't have one Shaun went out of his way to phone his contact to see if they could do the job.
A friend of Shaun's phone the next day to arrange a visit.
If all Click Mechanics are this helpful then that's brilliant customer service.
