Shaun was great - informed me in good time that he would be here a bit later than I had originally booked. Work was done quickly and cleanly - great result. Will def use Shaun and ClickMechanic again.

Yes, fab. I wasn't here but my wife was. She says that he got her on time, and got on with it quickly.

Shaun was excellent, friendly , clean and tidy and showed me what he’d done to my car

Shaun was very professional. I booked a non start diagnosis and it was very thorough. There was no rush and Shaun explained everything.
Unfortunately it was an electrical problem which Shaun was unable to fix.(which he was frustrated with)
A auto electrician was needed and although Click Mechanic didn't have one Shaun went out of his way to phone his contact to see if they could do the job.
A friend of Shaun's phone the next day to arrange a visit.
If all Click Mechanics are this helpful then that's brilliant customer service.
