Neil was fantastic. Literally arrived at the start of the time slot. Checked the battery and asked whether I wanted the battery replaced. He had the battery in his van and the job was done in 15 minutes. I spent longer trying to find the right battery through a 'reputed' big brand retailer. I'm sure I paid a bit more for the service, but I wouldn't hesitate next time.

Kaz was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with! Kept it real, talked about common issues, had a casual chat while he was hard at work. Wasn’t good news after the diagnostic (which was half expected), but Kaz communicated it well and was very considerate.

I only spoke on the phone with Yasar, he was lovely to chat with and provided me with all the information I wanted about the vehicle including pictures and videos via whatsapp. With that information I decided not to proceed with the purchase, and I was very happy with the work.

Duane was polite and friendly. He kept me updated on the progress of my service & MOT. My car needed a lot more work than was first thought, but Duane completed the job,even though it meant he had to continue the next day. He even gave my car a full valet inside and out, which was an added bonus .

Very easy to communicate with and took care of my clutch replacement extremely fast. No complaints!

Dan was friendly and efficient. He definitely knew his onions. He worked outside on a horrible rainy day without complaining and even waited for 4 hours for extra parts that were needed. Definitely very highly recommended.

First of all the mecanic came late, booked slot between 2pm-4pm came after 4pm. Secondly he did not bother too much to do a proper diagnostic (my car did not start). I had told him its not the battery as I had previously check it, tool his tester out did not check nothing. Then he starts looking with his poor light, he had no clue what the problem is, I told him it could be the starter motor, and then he realised that this may be the problem after I told him. All this took like 4-5 min, he mentioned he could not check as he did not have where to park his van. Told me he would send me a quote but I had to push. Then he said he can't carry out the repair as the car need to be brought to a garage. That he needs to go under the car etc. I told him he doesn't not need to go under the car as the starter motor is on the upper side, which actually was, I had to find a different mobile mechanic to sort this out. This guy Callum doesn't have any clue about mechanic. Please avoid him just run away as fast as he could just to take the money. Hence, I need my money refunded as that was not a proper diagnostic, it was actually embarrassing.

Jack arrived on time. Got on with the job straight away. The work was carried out fantastically. Would use again.
