Tristan was timely, friendly and easy to work with. It's refreshing when you don't have someone talking to you as though you know nothing. He's a great bloke and went above and beyond to help me and although he couldn't repair the fault in situ he got my car to my gargage in good time. Giving mechanics a good reputation!

Cristian has been extremely polite, friendly and patient, a really nice and knowledgeable mechanic, he found out exactly what the problem was with the car but unfortunately couldn't repair it himself, however, I have a rough idea now regarding the repair cost so I've decided to not proceed to buy the car.

Yes Iam a part from picking a slot between 8-10 am I paid £20 extra for this slot which didn’t happen came at 10.50 am said he would be back in 1.30 hrs . Messaged him at 2.30pm how’s the car he said all done done just waiting for a customer to come back car got dropped off at 4pm . Would be nice to get a £20 refund .

Tristan was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better. He did the work really quickly and even dropped it off at our preferred MOT station so it could be retested for free. Great communication. Would highly recommend!
