Ben is a great guy and gave me lots of advice. You don't get to speak to mechanics these days so it was fantastic to speak to one as helpful as Ben. It was only an oil change but we had a great conversation and he passed on his wisdom and knowledge

Absolutely not possible that this person was a mechanic no tools was there to carry out the job to inform me of a possible fix, I later called a local mechanic and he solved the issue and also told me the problem is needed looking at he was also £30 cheaper

This is a difficult one to review. The mechanic was great and the work was carried out to a good standard. HOWEVER he was let down by the wrong parts being ordered (apparently by ClickMechanic) This meant that at 6pm the brakes had been dismantled and the correct parts couldn't be obtained until the next day. This left me stranded in Birmingham with no transport. As I live about 25 miles out of Birmingham, my wife had to collect me and drop me back the next day. So that was 100 miles of inconvenience. I was without my van for 24 hrs, which is quite different to the 2 hours the job was supposed to take. My advice for anyone booking would be to get an early appointment so that there is still time to correct any mistake with the parts on the same day.

Darren was really helpful in trying to fix my car infotainment system but unfortunately due to it turning out to be a hardware issue was unable to assist on this occasion.

They did a good job fixing the problem. However, the downside was that I had to wait a ridiculous number of hours. They took my car at 8 AM, and in the afternoon, I received a phone call informing me that they would return it between 8-9 PM. I disagreed, because it was too long to be without my car, especially with my on-call duty.

Rhys was friendly, and helpful. Quick to respond to messages and kept in touch. Picked my car up and got it back to me in a timely manner.
