They did a good job fixing the problem. However, the downside was that I had to wait a ridiculous number of hours. They took my car at 8 AM, and in the afternoon, I received a phone call informing me that they would return it between 8-9 PM. I disagreed, because it was too long to be without my car, especially with my on-call duty.

Rhys was friendly, and helpful. Quick to respond to messages and kept in touch. Picked my car up and got it back to me in a timely manner.

Lee was fantastic I couldn't be more pleased with the work he carried out. He arrived on time got on with replacing the rocker gasket and told me what to expect without worrying.

Kazem was very efficient and knowledgeable. Solved the problem and provided good insight.

Kazem was professional and on time. Gave a thorough report for a car I was purchasing. He also did a fantastic job on analysing the car and giving a clear description of the condition.

Robert did an excellent job and seemed very knowledgeable about the tasks at hand. He picked up the car and returned it later the same day with all the work completed—I didn't have to do anything, which was incredibly convenient! He also provided photos of the old timing belt, which was very useful. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work he did.

Arrived an hour and a half after the allotted time slot given. No communication until I contacted. Was told that the garage didn’t open until 08:30 - not sure why I had been given the time slot 08:00-10:00. Car was in for an MOT and major service. Again, no communication until the car arrived back at 19:00. Asked if car had passed and was told ‘I’m just the driver’. Checked paperwork, where there was an advisory indicating some minor work required. Had I have known, I would have got the work completed whilst car in garage. Overall, was disappointed with the late collection (had chosen time slot due to other commitments) and general lack of communication. Would not use again which is a shame given the positive reviews seen.

Carl was friendly, honest and straight forward. Was very happy with him and will likely ask for Carl again.

I was very happy with the mechanic who serviced my car. He arrived on time carried out the required work and picked up and returned my car which was amazing constantly he was travelling from Castle Dawson to Mallusk. The mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable.

James got the job done so alls good. Took 35 minutes for a service and cars running lovely.

Excellent service, really happy. Car collected from my house on the Wirral at just after 10am and returned around 2.5 hours later after its MOT, oil change and brake fluid change. Very professional service and got the car booked in quickly. Would recommend 100%.

Freddy called me to ask if he could pick the car up earlier, and work was done in a couple of hours, fantastic service, and will definitely use again. All done and now have heating again!!

Didn’t meet Ben, but his Dad collected the car and delivered it back. Very pleasant and efficient service. Car seems fine.
