Initial diagnosis from the mechanic was fine, said it was a brake problem and reported back to someone who would give me a quote for the work to be done.
2 days later I hadn’t heard a thing so I rang and he said he was having trouble finding a certain part but had a few more places to call,
11 days later hasn’t called me back cost me over £100 to find out what was wrong absolute shower, would not recommend.

The mechanic that came to me was polite and friendly but was unable to help because he didn't have a jack that could fit under my car so had to pay over £70 for nothing wasn't even offered a partial refund so I wasn't happy

Thanks for your kind words. The vehicle trolley jacks we use are the lowest of the profile jacks you can buy, we both knew this, we also diagnosed that the noise is coming from a potential residue left between the back of the tyre and on the suspension, so the payment wasn’t for nothing you got a service in return buddy.

I’m quite useless with cars but Kazem was really helpful and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. Arrived on time, contacted me before he arrived to let me know when he’ll be here. Figured out what the issue was and offered to do the works needed at a fair price on the same day after his other jobs he had booked in in the area. (Although was unable to as could not get the correct part today) but will definitely be in touch with him to get it sorted asap. Thanks Kazem :)
