The mechanic that came to me was polite and friendly but was unable to help because he didn't have a jack that could fit under my car so had to pay over £70 for nothing wasn't even offered a partial refund so I wasn't happy

Kazem was absolutely brilliant! Contacted me a day earlier than booked to see if I would like works carried out sooner! Which worked perfectly for me. Carried out all works whilst also rectifying other unforeseen issues! Polite and professional

I’m quite useless with cars but Kazem was really helpful and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. Arrived on time, contacted me before he arrived to let me know when he’ll be here. Figured out what the issue was and offered to do the works needed at a fair price on the same day after his other jobs he had booked in in the area. (Although was unable to as could not get the correct part today) but will definitely be in touch with him to get it sorted asap. Thanks Kazem :)
