Kay was friendlyand helpful, but I'm not very happy about punctuality, I have paid extra £60 to have a mechanic cone out urgently and the car as been picked up on Monday night and returned on Thursday night. The job was advertised as 4/6 hours job but turned up 3 day's long. The car is fixed and running well at the moment but I have spend lots of moon taxi in the last few days.

Kay was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me which I appreciate. Didn't fill up screen wash for some reason, but that's a minor inconvenience. Car was picked up at 12:40, and dropped back off at 6pm. Every thing else seems to have been done but I haven't checked the cabin filter yet.

The whole process was excellent and the person collecting the car was very friedly. The ca is 18 years old and a bolt snapped when relacing the wishbone so this delayed the delivery and MOT by one day ,which i understand. Thanks for the colletion and repair whch was very awkward for the mechanic .
