Nick was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. I needed new brake pads and he immediately went round each wheel checking the brakes and confirming what needed to be done. The car was moved to his garage (due to poor weather) and he brought it back promptly with the work completed as expected and to a high standard. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

Simon is a 4+ rated mechanic, so I expected him to be a little busy. So his being a little late with the report was expected. Accommodating and easy to deal with, I'd be happy to engage him again..
