Waqas was friendly, quick to respond and kept me informed, answering any questions I had, especially regarding the location of the repair garage.
The work was carried out within the agreed timeframe, allowing me to get back on the road as planned :)
Upon the receipt of my car, I was also advised about certain issues with my rear springs which I was aware of, which was a nice touch and shows the genuine care and quality of service.

Waqas (mechanic) and Adam (owner) failed to communicate with each other; thus, I received different feedback from each as to how the repair was going. One minute it's working, the next it's not. The van now has an exhaust fault showing on the diagnostic and the "coil" lamp is flashing on the dashboard. Neither of these faults were there prior to the van going in for repair. Took van to a mechanics training school, and they are not impressed with the work that was carried out. There was an issue with the fact that the vehicle did not drive, and so I had to fork out £200 for the van to be taken to their garage by a recovery vehicle. Not impressed, Chris Read more

Waqas was friendly, but from the moment he collected the car, he insisted that he would "find what was wrong with my car" and Click Mechanic would send me an invoice to make payment on the "added work".

I explained that I just wanted the standard bi-annual Full Service & an MOT, but nothing was wrong with my car (in fact, it was just checked by the AA a month ago!). But he was persistent that he would "find what was wrong with my car". I immediately emailed this alarming attitude to Click Mechanic.

Imagine my lack of surprise to then receive a text and call that I had to pay a FURTHER £376 on top of the £198 I was already being charged!!

Again, I emailed Click Mechanic to protest and all I have received is a link to a resolution centre to request a refund. For what? The Mechanic is claiming he did the Full Service - although there is no receipt for this detailing WHAT he did, and he refused to take the Vehicle Service Log book to stamp it (and even verbally said nothing is mechanically wrong with my car, as he dropped it off!)

These are Rip off merchants - and I'm deeply disappointed with ClickMechanic and Automeds Aylesbury. AND I'm £200 poorer with NO MOT! Read more
