Paid for my service and MOT through this site. The garage did my service on my drive and delayed by MOT until they could fix two faults they identified (back brake discs and pads and my Flexi pipe). They collected my car about a week later, apparently did the work, and returned it to me on a Friday evening. The MOT test had been carried out but the two faults were still on the certificate as advisories, they hadn't been cleared off by the MOT centre they outsource their work to. I challenged this and they assured me that the work had been done and that they were going to get their friend from the MOT place to update the MOT test certificate first thing on Monday morning (18th May). This still hasn't happened two weeks later. My brother thought this was suspicious so he put my car on his ramps and looked underneath to see if the work had been done and it hasn't so the company has charged me for work they haven't carried out. I sent them video evidence on WhatsApp and I've sent them messages on there and through normal text, I've tried ringing them but they're not responding to me. Lewis was great he turned up was friendly and polite and got straight on with the job. He replaced front discs and pads on my vehicle and took less than an hour, and that was even with some old bloke talking his ear off for most of the time 😆 (not me). I would definitely recommend these guys and will most likely be using them again myself.
