He missed out a lot of basic checks on my full service didn’t even top up the screen wash I had to top it up my self. I’m going to have to get it checked over by an independent garage. Cut corners said he put a certain oil in when on my camera it was a different oil. So feel ripped off

Thank you for your review, Liam. I’d like to clarify the concerns you’ve raised.
You mentioned that you were unhappy because the service was completed within 39 minutes. As your own camera footage shows, my staff member carried out the full service during that time.
You also expressed dissatisfaction with the brand of oil used. We did use the correct specification of oil for your vehicle, although it was a different brand. We cannot be held responsible for the supplier providing the correct grade in an alternative brand, as this does not affect the quality or suitability for your vehicle.
