Matt is efficient and friendly. He found the brake pad is not compatible to my car in the first visit and rearrange my appointment on the next day. He comes on time and replace my brake pads in just half an hour. It saves me a lot of time to go to garage.

They arrived on time which was nice. They had a look at the brakes, confirmed no leaks, confirmed reservoir topped up which I already knew, and they suggested it might be the servo which was my thought as well. Turns out we were all wrong - it was the brake discs and wheel bearings. To be fair to them it’s an old van and things are a little different on it! I appreciate them turning up, although I do slightly regret paying £70 for telling me what I already knew. Personally I wouldn’t go with click mechanic again for this vehicle, LDV Convoys need a bit more specialist expertise I think.

I booked Matt for a “Car Won’t Start Inspection” and was extremely disappointed with the service. No proper diagnostic inspection was carried out, and no clear fault-finding or testing was done to justify the charge. Simply turning up does not equal completing an inspection, and I was left without a meaningful diagnosis or solution.

For a paid diagnostic service, I expected actual investigation and professional feedback, neither of which I received. I would not use this mechanic again based on this experience.

The booking service was very easy to navigate. My mechanic gave me a call to let me know when he was arriving, which I really appreciated. He was incredibly friendly and got the job done very efficiently.

Booked a diagnostic for my car after it hadnt been used for a while and wouldnt start. They were able to come a day earlier than initially booked amd called me to let me know how long they would be. They were able to the car going quickly and I am able to use my car again. Would reccomend
