Morning Howard . What I advised you is the wiper motor is swimming in water in the undertray. No fuse was blown and no noise was comeimg from the the wiper motor therefore it s either a motor or electrical issue . And as you have mentioned in you're private feedback it was electrical issue

Matt was also able to recommend additional work that needed doing and was so helpful giving me a full breakdown of what to ask for at a garage. Mitsubishi Outlander Car Won't Start Inspection

The car would not start and I needed a diagnostic check to find out what was wrong. The mechanic was prompt but unfortunately misdiagnosed the car saying it was a problem with the ECU. It turned out to be key problem. I’d have much preferred if he said that he didn’t know.

Hi Leslie thanks for your review . What i advised was that you’re car would not let my diagnostic machine enter the ecu. same as what the garage told you In which you’re car was parked at . So it was not a missed diagnoses if I can not read your ecu . That will be signs of a failed ecu .
