Repairs have worked.. very happy that this was arranged despite short notice (I was away from home but I had to drive back). Reasonable price.

Ibrahim was good, he came and did the full car service with minimal fuss and answered my questions.

The mechanic was over an hour late. There was no message explaining this and although I phoned the number provided that was not the number he was using. However, he did change the battery successfully.

The mechanic communicated well (prior to and during his visit), explaining everything clearly and gave me helpful next steps. Sadly the issue couldn't be resolved but the diagnosis was needed.

Haroon was efficient punctual polite, helpful, I am so happy with the job and would use him again and again, new clutch and nothing was too much trouble, really can’t recommend enough

Extremely happy with the work carried out - no one in our area seemed to want to carry out the works as it was a big job but Chester completed it very quickly for a great price. Great service. Cv joint could not be found for my car so they kindly replaced the whole arm at no extra cost. ( Pictures sent over as proof of install ). Oil leak investigatin: found the cause an fixed also at no extra charge to me. Great garage all round, will 100% use Meopham Tyres in the future. 1st time and a great experience.

Matt and co were punctual, responsive to messages and honest quality job done. Even offered to change the air filter that I had plan to do myself. Thumbs up and will definitely get them again in the future.

Pete was brilliant. Talked me through everything he was checking. Really reassured me that my car had been fixed well and was road worthy. Told me all the new parts that the garage had replaced as the headgasket had blown. It is a older car I have purchased so I knew it would not be perfect but with the fault it had I wanted to make sure there was no other faults.

Really pleased with the service of Unity, Accrington. They kept me informed of progress and expected time of car return. I received photographs of all work and parts throughout the ‘Major Service’. My car now runs like a dream. Definitely recommend them.
