Turned up 5 hours late to pick the car up when they finally turned up they scratched the bumper all on the bottom
Then when they finally got the car to the yard they completed the work but then phone me the next day saying needed more parts which I agreed to but then the same the next day this happened all week
When they took the car on a test drive they somehow broke the coil spring which they did replace free off charge but then Friday came the car has been here all week they dropped the car off telling me it’s needs 1500 pounds more work and if I want them to do it then I have to go though them directly not though click mechanic
But dropped the car off with a massive attitude please avoid.

Hi car was running fine after the recent service, however today April 5, while I was driving to work, suddenly an amber engine light came on in my dashboard and I had pull off 😞 from driving, since it was Sunday I couldn't get any help, with a full service I didn't expect this happening to me, could you guys do an emergency 🦺 support with this,

Very friendly; but unfortunately there was a problem with the clutch and they had to take car back to fix it has now been fixed however I won't be driving car for next 2 weeks. Fingers crossed it has now been sorted out*

I don't know who the mechanic was, the car was driven to me at 6pm by a James but I don't know if he was the mechanic. I'm not sure where the car was serviced. The car was collected by a flatbed van at 1145am and taken away to MOT first which I saw on MOT form was Gravesend, Kent.

Cv joint could not be found for my car so they kindly replaced the whole arm at no extra cost. ( Pictures sent over as proof of install ).

Oil leak investigatin: found the cause an fixed also at no extra charge to me.

Great garage all round, will 100% use Meopham Tyres in the future.

I cannot thank these guys enough. They arrived on time to collect the car. I originally booked in it in for coil springs but ended up being a collapsed suspension arm. Communication was brilliant and work carried out on same day. Cannot recommend these duys enough, will definitely use again in the future

The work carried out was professional and completed to a high standard they also diagnosed a issue i was unaware about
