My car came back with 2 major dents in the body work. The price quoted was doubled if not nearly tripled!
Certainly would not use this service again.

James was brilliant but wasn’t very clear on what work had been done on the vehicle and if it had passed the MOT. There was also the issue of the car being delivered the next day as the tow truck had broken down, but from when the car was picked up to being dropped off there wasn’t much communication so I was pretty much in the dark of what was going on.

My car was picked up and dropped back to me as arranged. Friendly and pleasant team. Thank you.

This was the worse service I received through ClickMechanic so far.
First day wrong tyres, all good it happens.
Second day wrong tyres AGAIN, this is NOT acceptable.
If you don’t have the right tyres, you should let the customer know about it, NOT REPLACE WITH OTHER TYRES WITHOUT TELLING TO THE CUSTOMER.
UNACCEPTABLE. 👎

Yes happy the works were carried out to a good standard. Seemed to know what the problem was and dealt with it straight away.
