Came on time, brought it back on time, and sent photos of the work in progress. Very happy with the service. He chose not to add a labour cost for replacing a drive belt that was going to have to be taken out and put back in anyway. Would have been happy for me to send a wing mirror to his garage for him to fit, but I couldn't get one in time. I would definitely use Chester again.

Chester was friendly and did great work replacing the clutch on my car with service and MOT. Car feels like new, even with over 99,000 on the clock. Chester gave me key rings, an air freshener and a pen, which was nice too.
My only quibble, which was with ClickMechanic, was that I wasn't aware that the car would be kept overnight. Luckily I wasn't working the following day. My booking confirmation said the work would take 5/6 hours. But had I been working, I would have had to cancel when Chester arrived to collect the car, at a cost to myself, for cancelling after the cancellation period.

Diagnostic check and work done all done quickly and effectively. Communications and pickup arrangements were clear, as were instructions for any post-job issues.
