Brandon was a little bit later than originally scheduled but let me know that he was running a bit late so it wasn't a problem. He was polite and friendly and explained the problem with my car clearly. It needed a new part so he rang me later and explained the options and the timescales so that I could make an informed decision. Very happy with the service so far.

Luke managed to fix the indoor motor and switch for my window inside my Citroën perfectly. Initially upon first visit some other parts were needed, but Luke came back for another visit and sorted everything out swimmingly for me. Very friendly and easy to talk to, Luke was very professional and knowledgeable and I was informed very well on everything that was being done. I couldn't recommend Luke enough and will definitely be using him in future for any other car issues. Very happy customer :)

Very friendly and as far as I know, the work was quick and effective. 4-6 hours late for appointment time however and slightly limited communication, but apparently this was due to a motorway closure.
