He is a nice lad, but I wasn’t fully satisfied with the inspection. I expected a more thorough investigation of the problem. Instead, he mainly test- started the car and spent a lot of time talking. Next time, I would like to see a more detailed and focused inspection.

Hi unfortunately with the issue in your car it was quite a simple thing to show you what was wrong there isn’t anything else an inspection would cover with out removing the gearbox and stripping it down. We have the experience to know what’s going on inside the gearbox to tell you what’s wrong with it. Sorry you wasn’t satisfied but there’s was only one thing it could be therefore there was nothing else to investigate.
We did also advise you that you had a coolant leak and give you as much information as possible.
we arrived on time also and in your review you have marked us down for timing when we come in the designated time slot for your booking and also for communication when you clearly stated we spent a lot of time talking to you to let you know the issues that you have going on with your car and the reason behind why it’s doing it.
Please understand there’s nothing else we could do there due to it being as simple as it needing a gearbox
