Darren & Nathan were ace! Came out, diagnosed and fixed the van on the same day when other garages were a 2 week wait. Wont be using anyone else in the future! Highly recommend!

Nathan was brilliant. He arrived in the time slot, and got on with the job. He resolved the issue and explained everything perfectly to a non-mechanic. He also gave information on any further action that may prevent the issue arising again.

Yes, the two guys came and assessed the vehicle exactly as expected and were very honest about the issues and how urgent or not they are to fix.

Nathan rang Monday to say he could arrive earlier than booked in and we agreed with that. He was prompt and courteous and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes as requiring a new ignition barrel. Unfortunately he was unable to get one for our Van himself but suggested we purchase one and then we can make arrangements for it to be fitted by him via ClickMechanic. We were happy to do that and yesterday placed an order with Autodoc, who listed all the ignition barrels which were compatible with my van and had a key with them - Nathan advised that this was required. Very happy with the advice and service.

Arrived late to our first appointment but did call when time slot had passed to let me know they were going to be. Told them i’d had it diagnosed as a faulty actuator issue by AA. They checked car over and said actuator is working fine and it was infact an abs sensor causing my car to breakdown. Came back next day to fit a new one and for a decent price. Same day car broke down with exact same issue. Both came back following day and basically brushed it off as not really knowing what to do and left me with that. Problem wasn’t fixed and i paid 160 for an abs sensor i didn’t particularly need as it wasn’t causing the issue i needed resolving in the first place. Did ask for a refund on the diagnostics since it was misdiagnosed and they were happy to do that. Have now had it checked by another garage who have again stated it’s a faulty actuator problem despite Darren telling me the actuator has been checked and is running fine.
