Needed a timing chain replacement on an 18 plate Evoque. None of our local garages were interested. After approaching Click Mechanic within 24 hours they recommended BMS Garages of. Southampton who quoted a very reasonable price and offered to start the work within 3 days which was brilliant. BMS contacted me, and went through what they would do and how long it would take. They gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a ‘proper mechanic’. They collected the car on time, kept me informed and delivered the car back 2 days later. Brilliant service, competitive price and job well done.

The service I received was excellent. From the communication to the work complete, the information shared about the work being carried out, and the driver was very helpful as well. Telephoned in advance so I knew when he was arriving. Listened and asked questions about the problem, and then found the issue within minutes. Informed me what the solution was, and that he could resolve it immediately which I agreed. Work was completed within 30 minutes. I'm a happy customer.
