Ben was a friendly, affable chap but due to late delivery of tyres, he then told me that he couldn’t make the first date arranged of Sat 8th. We then went for Sat 17th at 0900. At 0945 Ben phones and stated he couldn’t get to me until 1300. We had arranged to go out at 1230 so as I was desperate to have the work done, we arranged to leave the keys somewhere for him to access the vehicle. The work was done, then later on Ben phoned to advise me of an issue with one of the brake callipers that he managed to free up and advised to keep an eye on it for now. I thanked him for the advise. Around 2 hours later I noticed another £43.62 had been taken from my account. I was not made aware of this but then received an invoice via email shortly after. I am happy with the work but the missed appointment, late notifications and extra charges are making me wary of using these next time. So Iam borderline for another order.

These mechanics were excellent! They were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They did the job within the required timeframe and to a very high standard fixing the issue first time. They also kept me updated on the progress of the repair. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

In general, William is very good and patient, coz on that day, car dealer have conflicting schedule. William had to wait and proceeded the car inspection with restrainted time . The thing is there is nothing showing potential risks in the report about gearbox operation and accelerate. I trusted his inspection and seems good about car inspection report. After buying a used car, I drove from London to York. In the middle of the mortor way, the car is broken and couldn't speed up, which was pretty risky (which just happened after buying this car for 2 hrs). ( William did mention the acceleration though it was not shown in the report, however, he coudn't be able to point out where is the problem, and said probably it was something related to plastic, nothing mentioned about gearbox......) It would be improvided if William could give the exact diagnosis. Plus, it's caused a fortune to fix and replace the gearbox, around 2000pounds exclude the towing service in breakdown, which obviously will influence my decision whether its reasonable to buy this car. Good thing is my friend and I are safe. Still thanks for your service, but it could absolutely be improved in some ways. Thanks again.

Mark was great, arrived when he said he would even though he had to travel a long distance to get to me. He even let me drive the car around to make sure I was happy with how it ran, and he checked everything over again after I’d driven it to make sure it was all up to scratch. Correy is a very polite lad and very professional would not hesitate to use him again for any future repairs he explained the procedure for the repair and for the mot and at a reasonable cost for collecting my car all repairs and mot as a disabled person I appreciate the help given by this service as most garages in my area refuse todo timing belts nowadays thanks again Correy .
