He was friendly, knowledgeable and polite Though he didn’t do any work on the vehicle , he went through the procedure to re-set the gear settings , climes underneath to see if he could manually put the vehicle in to drive.

The mechanic was approachable, did the job well and gave some good advice for future works. I was able to contact him when needed. The only let down was punctuality, so the car was picked up almost 2hrs after the original slot (08:00-10:00) which meant it wasn't ready for the agreed time end of business of the same day only 13:00 the next day. Other than that no problem with the price, quality or standard with work. Relatively good service minus the delay. If there were no delays I would have been a very happy customer.
