The mechanic was friendly, but the job was not complete within the desired time frame which I paid a premium fee for (with no reimbursement of the fee I was left disappointed). The mechanic was good at updating me, but the delay was merely because the mechanic taken the car from Bristol to Cardiff to do repairs when the expectation was to be done on site due to the car not being drivable. The mechanic did not charge extra for taking the car away as it was their mistake not reading the part where I had ticked not drivable. No concerns with the mechanics work or skill set just disappointed I paid a premium fee (additional £70 for the car to be done sooner when I could of had it done and back the same day without the fee and still had my car back within the same time frame it was returned with the premium slot).

The mechanic was useless, it never done a throughout check, so many things were missed and never reported! It is a waste of money if you going to use this service! i don’t think they are trained mechanics!

Brett was lovely and didn't make me wait outside in the cold with him which I appreciated. He even called to ask if I was available earlier as he could arrive earlier which I also appreciated a lot. I'm very happy with the service I got and would recommend him again as he just got the job done and actually told me how I was missing some bumper bolts which I wouldn't have known otherwise which was helpful.

Outstanding, collected my van and brought it back in a few hours. Hassle free, would definitely use again.

I have booked a jump start and the car would not start and they checked the 'dead' battery and showed me the readings (battery was dead). They had a new battery in the car and fitted it within a few minutes and the car was running again. Very experienced chaps, friendly and on time THANKIS

He came late at night put the new battery in and it was not charged up . He had no idea why the car would not start . Anhar wanted 80 pound to take it to his garage to see what was wrong .
