Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Punctual and friendly ,also work completed was extremely reasonable priced and done at a time to suit us ,can't fault this service.

He was pretty friendly but had a phone call from him saying my flywheel needed changing. Possibly does but when car was returned he explained that because of this my clutch isn't working properly.. This wasnt the case. Im pretty knowledgeable about cars. He failed to bleed the hydraulic system, changing gear and clutch pedal sticking. I physical had to bleed the car system myself to make it work properly... very u satisfied considering it cost me £660 pound for half of job.

Lee was friendly. He seems like an experienced mechanic, but he forgot to bring his diagnostic computer, so he gave me a diagnosis based on his own criteria, which I don't think is professional considering it's a BMW and this brand of vehicle requires that the mechanic use a diagnostic computer as an aid during a service

He was very punctual, approachable and of course new what he was doing He explained vwhat he was doing

Sam initially had a tyre problem which was out of his control and delayed the pre-booked appointment but he kindly kept me updated by text so I knew when to expect him. When he arrived he got to work straight away and the car fault was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Sam explained the solution in detail and language that I could understand. Ryan was the best mechanic I have ever had in 30 years of car ownership. Personable and conscientious. Diagnosed, repaired my car and checked the condition of adjacent connections. The worst being one of the brand new battery connections, installed 3 weeks previously by a garage. To say I am exceptionally happy with Ryan's work is an understatement. What a refreshing change. Possibility the best mechanic in the world!

Aron arrived within the alotted time frame; he called when he said he would to update me on the work that would need doing along with a quote that didn't subsequently change unexpectedly. My vehicle was returned promptly with all the correct paperwork and throughout Aron and his colleague were polite and engaging. Recommended.
