He was very friendly but had limited knowledge and did not know how to start my car or turn the lights on. He was unable to resolve my problem.

Very unfair review, every vehicles start stop and lights switches are located in different position, i recommend dealer as very few if any independent technicians will have up-to-date jag dealer software
