The overall inspection of the car was described as good, and I was told that the bodywork was in good condition. However, several issues were missed during the assessment. There was a noticeable scuff on the front near side, running from the bumper to the rear of the passenger door, which had gone through the lacquer. Additionally, there were two dents on the rear near side quarter panel that were not noted. A chip on the windscreen was also overlooked. While the report was generally positive, I was disappointed that these clear and visible issues were not picked up. Communication over the phone was great apart from missing out the condition of the bodywork.

Marek identified the problem with the gearbox and indicated work that needed doing.

Olu was very polite and provided. He was later than expected but did keep me informed and apologised.
