Work was carried out correctly and I'm a timely manor, communication wasn't the best, my wife handed over the keys and said my husband will be out in a min as he's on the phone, I went out and my car was gone, I messaged and received a quick response, all in all great mechanic.

He couldn't make the original appointment time, turned upto diagnose a steering fluid leak but didn't bring any steering fluid so had to go and get some. Said the part couldn't be got through mercedes and he would be in touch with the quote. Didn't hear back from him so chased on clickmechnic and a text butchers didn't respond.

Booked in for timing belt! David Came on time and gave plenty of notice. I informed him I needed the car back in order to pick kids up from school and had it back by 2:30pm. David Was kind and helpful. Thank you for picking up and delivering and thank you to the guys at the garage that worked on the car!

Joe was brilliant, kept in communication and carried out all work to a high standard. Joe himself was also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Arrived within the agreed time and was given a return time which was acceptable. Car returned earlier than expected. Both the mechanic who picked the car up and the returning guy both polite and explained what was done.
