Was really quick at diagnosing the issue and telling me what it is and how to resolve

Fantastic job, service and Mot. Car collection promptly on time, completed and returned swiftly also. Slight issue with a wiper blade on return, but he went out of his way to come and sort it quickly.

An Honest Review
I decided to try Click Mechanic as I felt that a quote from my local garage for Front Shocks replacement was a little high. I have to say I won’t be using the service again. I was assigned ‘Joe Mobile Mechanic’. A quick Google search offered mixed reviews (Some quite bad). I gambled to continue. Joe Mobile Mechanic did not arrive within the promised time window, 10am to Noon, but did arrive eventually. He took my car and left in it’s place his own car. I heard nothing until around 1600 when he called. I am partially deaf, and that, combined with his foreign accent, made a conversation extremely difficult. He told me that my car required addition work that would cost a further £550. I told him I didn’t want this extra work done and opted for just the work I had asked for originally. I was surprised the work was yet to be started and he told me I wouldn’t get my car back until the following day. My car was returned to me the next day. I’m not a mechanic but I don’t know for sure that the work was done. I have no receipt or invoice for parts i.e. the Shock Absorbers. The shocks on a Fiat 500 are hidden well and hard to see. Also, the front scuttle that runs along the underside of the Windscreen is now loose with the clips, fasteners and windscreen covers broken. I believe this would have been removed in part to access the tops of the Shocks. Now I realise that the scuttle is most probably as old as the car itself, made of plastic, and most likely brittle from 11 years of weather exposure, and I’m also aware that the clips are single use and break easily (Not complaining, just saying). I just can't with absolute certainty say that I haven't been scammed, although in all farenes I'm 60% sure I haven't been. Its not an issue about the work carried out! The issue is they found other faults and did not ask me if I would like them to repair it!! They just did the work I requested despite finding the other issues! Whats the point of that??? Especially as they are already working on the car engine! No recommendations on how to deal with the new issues!!

Happy with the work done and car does drive better since the service. No hard sell either and explained what the advisories on the MOT were. Nothing serious but something to get booked in at some point in the future. Very pleasant too.

Swiftly diagnosed the problem and advised further work. Very satisfied.

Collection was on time and got my car back same day even though it took longer then expected lots of photos and video of work being done and proof of while it took longer and even got a report of other things that my car may need looking at future date

Didn't meet the mechanic, just a driver to pick up drop back my car.
I had my clutch replaced. The gears seem a bit clunky and stiff now
which wasn't the case before.
Also, the biting point is now very low which means I am stalling the car. I guess I will get used to it .
Disappointed to be honest.
Will think twice before using ClickMencanic again.
