Pick up of my car was slightly late, but I received a text to say they were delayed in traffic. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and I was notified when my car had moved from the service to MOT.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I was happy with the diagnostic service.

The car was collected by a pleasant young man at the later end of the two hour window. Returned early evening with all the work done and the new MOT certificate. Very straightforward. Thank you! 🙂

Mechanic did everything that I wanted...
Just one small issue, on return of the car mechanic said that the front wheels now need aligning, unfortunately they didn't have the equipment to do it. So I now need to get that done at extra cost to me Should have really been done as part of the quoted job

I never met him and had no idea on who did the job. It all turned out well and the car was picked up and dropped of back. I did not have to do anything and the work seams great my new clutch is working fine.

The work done was done really well and quickly.

Only 3 stars for communication the only communication I received was one text on the day to say they were 5 minutes away to collect the van, which was true.

Friendly, but I’ve been given a long list of things that ‘need doing’ but others have told me it’s rare for so much to go wrong at once, maybe he’s just scouting for work. Now I don’t know who to believe.

My car was picked up and returned to me and was left neat and tidy.
Would definitely use again.
