Mechanic did as was required only issue I have is I had half a tank of fuel when they collected the car and upon return I was on an empty tank of fuel with fuel light on.....

It was perfect job. They picked my car from home and returned it all went well.

I turned to click mechanic to have noises and bumping in my rear suspension, diagnosed. The inspection was around £82.

The mechanic Turned up at my workplace in my absence. (I am a HGV driver and was on the road). I had left the keys with my manager. According to the CCTV, he was observed to be on site for no more than 10-15 minutes, with significant time spent on a mobile phone. No road test was conducted, as per the click mechanic job description and the fault was mis-diagnosed after very rudimentary checks took place.
I was quoted £465 for the replacement of a shock absorber and top mpounting. The rear shock absorbers on my vehicle had been replaced only 3 months previously at a cost of £330 for the pair by another click mechanic operative. I declined to have further work done as per the quote, electing to undertake the work myself.

To cut a long story short, I paid £82 to have a diagnosis that was completely wrong. The shock absorbers were fine. The BOTTOM mounting had failed and bolts were missing. I ordered a set from Ebay costing around £20 and saved myself from being ripped off further by fitting them myself. Read more
