Friendly yes, knowledgeable hopefully. Switched on the car said it's the clutch and did not go on a test drive nor did he look at the engine and left within 5 minutes. Given I paid £70 and for a diagnostic I cannot say I am happy with the service unfortunately. Also he did not provide me a quote for the repair as he is based in in another area of London so I wonder this was just a quick money making visit - learned my lesson I guess.

This was my first experience using ClickMechanic and i was extremely impressed from start to finish. My request for a premium car inspection was assigned to a mechanic within one hour of booking. Aaron then called me to confirm that he would be there the following day (not like AA previously when I was waiting for a week to hear back with an appt!) and if there were any areas that I wanted him to check. He turned up at the address on time and called me with verbal results straight after he had finished. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Click Mechanic again in the future when we change our cars. Thank you !
