Very good service. Kept me informed all the way. Some confusion over the work that was necessary but this was cleared up quickly and swiftly. Even took the time to wash the car.

What a great friendly service, the car was picked up on time, and delivered back, and a lot cheaper than I had been quoted from another garage, I shall be using click mechanic in future.

I couldn’t deal with my mechanic directly but I did deal with the reception staff on the phone. I had to get another family member to pass and reclaim the key due to my shift working. The work, new brake parts, I’m getting used to the ‘new’ feel. All good so far 😊
