I booked an appointment with Modern & Classic Garage Services of Hastings through clickmechanic.com for a timing belt replacement on my Vauxhall Zafira. I took the car in and was advised that I'd receive a phone when the work was completed. I did receive the phone call as promised.
Very polite and friendly people and would use them again.

Good communication, picked up my car right on time, got it back to me the same day. Had the full clutch replacement. It is as smooth as butter, very happy with the work.

Very Happy with Modern and Classic Garage Services however not impressed with Click Mechanic as there website is slow and made me book twice as I thought the first booking hadn't gone through. I made the booking the evening before realising in the morning I had now double booked (Less than 10 hrs later, so obviously cant cancel within 24 hrs as per their terms and conditions). I messaged 1st thing in the morning to cancel the error only to be charged £20 for making a genuine mistake due to the websites slow confirmation. Will use the Mechanic from now on, but NOT ClickMechanic.
