The guy did his job. I like his work but the charges was way expensive. Had to pay £81 just to book you in and then paid over £208 just to change the track rod that cost about £19. That’s way too expensive as I eventually found someone tha was going to do it £140 after which I had paid you.

Well I am a bit disappointed in the diagnostic as I had expressly mentioned I needed the battery to be thoroughly tested to get it's statement of health (SOH). The mechanic turned up and said there are no issues with the battery but did not deliver on the SOH. I do wonder why they took up the job if they could not perform the SOH. It feels like I have paid but did not get what I had ordered ...

1st class! Turned up on time a fixed the issue with no problems which more than can be said for the RAC who we originally booked. Will definitely use again.
