William was very helpful and punctual. He managed to do a quick fix for me on the gear cable so I could drive home. He also showed me the broken gear cable.

William came to the rescue today. I’d asked how long the job would take as I had a special even to get to if possible. He was reassuring and helpful then fitted me in earlier when had a cancellation. Very efficient, explained things well and checked out couple of other queries about things. William explains things in a straightforward way and showed understanding and care. Would highly recommend.

William was a lifesaver! Rear suspension fixed in super quick time. Good communication, very friendly demeanour and very punctual. Quick assessment verified that one side had gone but the other, although rusting, was still OK. I decided to have both sides replaced for peace of mind and William agreed that would be advisable but entirely my decision and there was no pressure to do so. Came across as very honest and reliable. Quote agreed, parts supplied and work done in about an hour, give or take. Would recommend William without hesitation.
