Not satisfied with the work carried out as now the gear box feels rough and every now and then it is hard to select 😡

Abbey was great but getting any sort of communication out of him was nearly impossible.

The work carried out was first class. The mechanic picked up my car on time, communicated well with me throughout the process completed the work on time and identified another potential issue with no pressure on me to get the additional work done. I did accept his recommendation and the extra work was completed as agreed.

He also went out of his way to get the car back to me on the agreed date and worked late to deliver it to me.

All in all this was a great experience from a friendly and professional mechanic and I really appreciate the service I received.

We did had a little issue with the time and communication. Abbey had an appointment to the hospital with the allotted time of my service and was not communicated properly. However he reached out and did the service afterwards.

Abbey is a very friendly guy, contacted me the day before to ensure the car is ready and if it drives.
Collected the car nice and early which I lived meaning it was home in time for my partner to use.

Honestly could not thank him enough

Abbey was great, even though my car took longer to fix than first expected as needed an extra part ,he stuck with and got it back to me as soon as he could

I never got to meet the mechanic so can't comment as for the work time will tell the car was in a mess when it was returned to me so overall not very impressed with this experience.

Abbey was 3 hours late to change the Auxiliary belt on my car. He only came because I called him to remind him. He didn't complete the job properly and now I have to take my car to a different garage to diagnose the issues he caused.

He also didn't bring the tools for the job initially, even though I said the car couldn't be moved at all. He argued and was rude when he had to go back to get his tools to complete the job.
