I was at work but my son was there very happy with the way he did the job seem to be very in his work

Unfortunately my car needed extra work and it fell on the weekend so there was a delay outside of Abbeys control. The day is was due back it was delayed and Abbey didnt communicate it to me so I did have to ring.
Communication overall could have been better. Was hard to get hold of if I missed a call and with drop off
Unsure if id use this platform age. I saw it as a 'quick fix' but it would have probably been the same with my regular mechanic without the extras the site charges or difficulties paying with a different card

Abbey was top quality and efficient. The car got returned a day later very reliable guy.

Abbey our mechanic was great .highly recommended. Was happy with his work.

Unfortunately didnt arrive in window booked. (As didnt get parts day before)
Didnt inform me car was being taken away until outside then asked if id collect the car (although did supply a car).
The work carried out was fine and very fast although my car now makes a metal rubbing metal sound.

May use again.

The mechanic was polite, approachable, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained the process well, which gave me confidence that the job was in good hands. Their professional and friendly manner made the whole experience straightforward.

I’m very pleased with the work carried out. The replacement clutch was fitted to a high standard, and everything is running smoothly now. The service overall was efficient, reliable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Abbey and his team were vey good, genuine and patient. They knew what to do. My BMW Full service was done to perfection with genuine and brand new parts. They Inspected the car and advised on future works to be done. I'm very happy with the service I received.

The guys left after 25 minutes saying they had done a “full service” they told me I needed a new flex pipe for the exhaust so the car would pass MOT. They told me they would source the part and give me a quote and I never heard back. Paying £180 for 25 minutes isn’t exactly reassuring as to the quality of work. They were nice, but I don’t feel confident that the car was serviced properly. They also provided no paperwork. I’ll not use this service again as it seems to be a call-out service for random mechanics to make money without any form of oversight or responsibility.

Little late but contacted me before hand. No complaints, they replaced my clutch in under 3 hours. Left no mess and were polite.
