Booked a few repairs with Christopher and he is always friendly and helpful. He explains any issues in detail and helps to put your mind at ease regarding any issues.

The mechanics turned up on time although I had messaged and called them that day with no answer. They began work on my vehicle parked on the road. I do understand when a job is underestimated, but as an end user, there's nothing worse than someone that demands more money half way into the job or else they will put the vehicle back together and leave it unfixed, so I had to pay an additional £100 cash on top of what was agreed for them to continue. Overall the job took longer than expected and the van is working now, which I'm appreciative of, although it's cost 50% more than what was quoted and grease tissues left where they had parked.

Ross was great and effectively diagnosed the issue. However, sadly he was unable to fix it personally and the ClickMechanic network said they did not undertake this type of auto-electric repair so I am no further forward in resolving things - other than now knowing what the problem is.

I am happy with the repair; the car was collected punctually this morning. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to say that the car was on its way back, but it isn't a massive issue. However, the driver had clearly used my car to get their lunch. There was grease on the gear stick and handbrake, as well as spilt salt and a strong smell of fast food. I don't appreciate that. I trust you with my vehicle. I expect you to respect it.

I'm happy with the work done, and feel confident that I could book from them again. I got my brakes fixed and they work really well. I would appreciate slightly better communication, as I wasn't sure how long it would take. I wasn't in when they dropped the car off, and the guy was just happy to drop off the key in the post box.

My mechanic was very polite, professional and punctual. Very understanding when we had the wrong size tyre ordered. Quick service with good communication.
