Hello,My mechanic was a reliable person who helped secure the safe collection, the repair and safe return of my car.I was happy with the quick response I recieved and the work that was done.I also thought that the staff in the main office were also polite and responsive.I am happy with my service and would highly recommend in the future Thank you.

Friendly enough and the work was done however I was slightly unhappy that the extra £33 was charged without my knowledge. As far as I'm aware I was to be contacted before any extra charges were applied. The transaction was a separate payment to the one I expected. I would have been happy to discuss it and agree to pay it but feel like I should have been told.

John was very helpful and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. I will definitely be using Whites again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
