Ash and team were very knowledgeable and gave honest feedback on the problem and fixed it straight away. Could not praise them enough.

Arrived hour half late on a 2 hour time slot, Mechanic cleared fault but couldn't diagnoses the underlined issue as was stored fault. Said me when it comes back if message will come back see if can resolve properly. Thought fair play going extra mile.. was a empty promise as fault came back 6 days later messaged him and was just ignored.

The mechanic is fine, very helpful in fact, but Click Mechanic have overcharged me. After a service and MOT (£190) further work was required. I agreed to the extra work and parts (£419) but was charged an extra £40 for a priority pick up to allow the additional work to commence. Obviously there was no pick up, as the car was already with the mechanic. This is not the mechanic's fault, it is click mechanic, and I would like a refund. And obviously next time I won't be using ClickMechanic because you overcharge on parts and labour over and above what the mechanic charges.
