They charged me for wipers replacement £40 even if the front wipers were only 1 month old as I replaced them myself. Also they look exactly the same so I doubt they actually did anything. They didn't even call me about this needed to be replacement.
Also I had 2 tyres that needed replacing but they left the old tyres in the boot instead of recycling them.

Hi
As clarified, I had changed the wipers myself confirming that they have been replaced. We are not to know when you have replaced the wipers as they simply did not clear the windscreen during the MOT. Could it be that the wipers you fitted were faulty? I am happy to confirm that we have fitted it by matching it with brand new ones off the shelf.
Lastly, they tyres were supplied by yourself. We do recycle tyres if supplied by ourselves. Charges are usually applied for each tyre recycled. This was not initially requested nor quoted hence why we had to send the old ones back to you for recycling.

Ford Fiesta Bonnet release cable replacement

Nice guys ... but ... Communication needs working on.
Additional parts needed not advised in a timely manner.
Additional cost quoted but forgot to mention the VAT was still to be added.
When part didn't turn up the following day ... I had to chase.
Quick turnround for a cable turned into 3 days without a car.
Then the bill arrived and I found out about the VAT!
Whoever I was dealing with was very polite and apologetic, but ... see above.
