My mechanic tried to get me to take my vehicle there even though I especially book through you not to have to do this as I’m disabled. My tyre needed doing but I wasn’t given the option to get this fixed. When I first drove the car the screen wash was empty so I had to do it, this makes me wonder what else has been missed! I thought this was part of a service as you advertise. I have spent my morning checking what I can and it looks like the oil and coolant have been done.

The folks that performed the work were great with communication, and picked the car up on time. The car was returned late and I did have to chase to find out when it would finally be returned. On top of that, unfortunately the MOT certificate had the incorrect mileage recorded on it so I had the inconvenience of then taking the car back to the MOT station myself to have this corrected.
I would use ClickMechanic again but if allocated the same garage, I may look elsewhere but I could not fault the price which was around 70% cheaper than the main dealer wanted

I didn’t see the mechanic but the work seems to be okay the only thing was they didn’t do the job till Monday because they were too busy
