Jamie Was brilliant. Informed me that he had to get a part from Manchester so would be delayed. Arrived later and had the new alternator belt fitted in about 45 mins. Very fast indeed. Told me that other auxillary belts will need replacing in the near future. So convenient will definitely use again.

James was really friendly and went over and beyond to get my car back to me so I didn't lose too many days work. Great communication, kept me up to date regularly.

Car was picked up in a timely manner and driver was friendly and explained what they were going to do phoned me back a few hours later with the problem being diagnosed unfortunately they were not able to carry out the repair for me as my car needed some coding done and they did not have the compatible software.

Mark and Jason were both punctual, friendly and very professional in their diagnostic work. They identied the issue with the malfunctioning dashboard and error codes and following tests with the computer and checking electrical wires and a 20 minute test drive the dashboard was reset and hopefully fixed. I asked for the VIN to be checked in three places and the inspector failed to communicate the vin number of the vehicle. I understand that this was outside of scope, but prior to the check of the vehicle you confirmed that this will get done, without a problem. Now I don't know if the car is cloned or not, at least based on a basic independent check so I am back to square one having wasted £130 and a day of my life.
