Graham was great, his high score is seemingly well deserved, he discussed the issues with me, did his own checks and resolved the problem. Fortunately my diagnosis was correct and he commented me for working things through to the point that he was able to complete and finish in 1 attempt. A really good job and i'm very pleased.

Dave was excellent, he was very knowledgable and friendly he picked the car up for a clutch replacement kept me informed as the work progressed and the work was done quickly and I am pleased with the work that he has done.

Although Bartek was unable to fix the problem due to the fact it would need a garage space to take the gearbox apart. He was able to identify the issue. No complaints.

The price Ben quoted for the remedial work necessary to pass the MOT was reasonable and the work was completed within 24 hours. I wa happy with the work carried out. Photos taken by the engineer was good to see. It gave me a better idea of the issue regarding a slow oil leak. However., I had to pay for new tyres and was not comfortable providing all my card info over the phone. It would have been better to have had a secure payment link provided... perhaps via Click mechanic to ensure continuity. I had to take a cab to to workshop to pay and another cab to get home., a total of £25 cost for this luxury. I believe the communication was coming from a honest position, however, when I explained I had to move money around to pay extra for tyres, the tone changed and i culd tell the gentleman was annoyed. Especially when I advised I would not pay over the phone. I had been a victim of fraud in the past. Lastly, I got my car back very late on Saturday 18:00. I called in asking for progress and was told that they are finishing up the car and would be with me in 30 min. A minute later another person called to say he was outside with my car. This was very annoying. Lastly no paperwork provided for the mot. They called later to say the mot cert was emailed over.
