Danny picked up my car when agreed and after the work was carried out, he dropped the car off again.

Very pleasant and promptly carried out the work I had booked them for. Offered some advice without being pushy and tightened up something loose (the name of the thing escapes me) as a wee extra.

Was a collect for service and MOT, I’m pleased with the work carried out. Dealt with Danny service manager on phone, happy to help and answer queries.

Balmoral garage provided us with a truly magnificent service from start to finish.

The mechanic is fine, very helpful in fact, but Click Mechanic have overcharged me. After a service and MOT (£190) further work was required. I agreed to the extra work and parts (£419) but was charged an extra £40 for a priority pick up to allow the additional work to commence. Obviously there was no pick up, as the car was already with the mechanic. This is not the mechanic's fault, it is click mechanic, and I would like a refund. And obviously next time I won't be using ClickMechanic because you overcharge on parts and labour over and above what the mechanic charges.

Mechanic was friendly and quality of work is great however he increased the quotation by £50 compared to what was agreed while booking.

They were as helpful as could be there was a delay but car was sorted n returned as soon as they could just driven to work n it all seems good to me
