Seemed a nice young man , but all I had done in 30 min of him looking at my car was a diognostic that cost me £145 an then told it’s my timing belt that’s the problem , I have had others say different , 30 min an charged£145 doesn’t seem rite at all , diognostic which I already had done before has cost me £60 , an to have same again &145 is out ragious

Luke was late said he had a puncture.
He left my car in an unbuilt state and never came back to rectify it.
Click mechanic agreed with me and asked him to send a full refund.
Luke was full of excuses and lies.
1&1/2 months later I had to find another mechanic to rectify what Luke did.

I believe click mechanic should review their mechanic acceptance policy’s.

Arrived hour half late on a 2 hour time slot, Mechanic cleared fault but couldn't diagnoses the underlined issue as was stored fault. Said me when it comes back if message will come back see if can resolve properly. Thought fair play going extra mile.. was a empty promise as fault came back 6 days later messaged him and was just ignored.
