Yes, very quick and personable. Work (front brake discs and pads) was done quickly and efficiently and he also pointed out something else to keep an eye on, but without trying to scare you and rip you off like a main dealer!

Assessment done in minutes, exactly what I needed, and a £100 to diagnose an issue I can repair is an investment, as I got specific info from a guy who knows what his doing. For me useful, and i'll be going this route again. Each experience is relative and I was satisfied with the service I recieved, so I can only speak for the the mechanic who looked at my vehicle. Only caveat was in that it took for me to cancel initially, as they confirmed an appointment within 48hrs and then cancelled, they subsequently managed to, (as if by magic) honour the original time I requested.

Razvan was so amazing. I normally use Halfords or Kwik fit but decided to use a smaller business this time and was very anxious but I was call to explain what will happen, then I had follow up messages in collection he still took the time to answer all my questions and while my car was away kept me fully updated on progress. Car was return and I must say the petrol level was acceptable it was not over used. Will be using this company again. Posted my repair on the website at 22:30, contacted and time agreed with mechanic for next day collection, car returned with repairs carried out the same evening. Unable to fault the service and work carried out.
