The service was horrendous. I booked for collection between 4- 6pm and they didn’t arrive until 9pm. I called at 6pm and was told there was a mix up and that they were on their way to collect my vehicle however it would be another hour. They then proceeded to arrive at 9pm and told me they would have my car back with me by late afternoon the next day. I was then told that they couldn’t solve the issue and returned my car to me 6 hours late at 8:30pm. Terrible service would not recommend

Mike was punctual and polite. The work carried out (Cambelt) was completed quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

All went well even pointed out other issues that was very helpful, fast and was on time job well done like that fact he took photos as proof

Joshua was brilliant! He was so incredibly polite and friendly! He identified the problem and explained that a part needed to be ordered which should take a couple of days to arrive. He told me not to worry and he would take care of everything and let me know when he (or someone else) would come back to finish the job. Really clean, organised and tidy too. Highly recommended.

Arian was able to diagnose the vehicle issue quickly and advise on the issue I need to address to remedy the non start problem.

I was on holiday 400 miles from home. Contacted Click mechanic on Sunday. Arranged for a mechanic for Monday Morning Arrived within the time slot for a diagnostic test. Performed test and advised on next steps.

On day of work, I got a message to say they could not park/work in my area and would have to come back the next day to take the car away, even though I had mentioned on the form that my car was on a road with no garage/hard standing. Arrived 40mins late the next day, which messed with my plans once again. When the car was given back the log book was not signed or stamped for the full service and has left me in doubt of whether the work I paid for was actually carried out. They seemed reluctant to fill anything out

Vlad arrived on time and was very professional. I would happily have him working on my car again.
