Had a slot booked between 10am and 12pm, they called to say it would be between 1pm and 2pm, which was fine. Hadn't heard anything by 3pm so texted to check they were still coming. Turned up at 5.15pm, in a car (rather than a van) and completed the service on my drive. Traffic issues on the day, which can't be helped, but as I said to Faisal, communication would have been nice and we could of rescheduled for another day as it didn't have to be done that day. Oil spilt on my drive which is disappointing, and I've now got to try and get that off. Work appears to be fine.

Turned up late brought his kid with him boasted he got his diagnostic tool from his mate for £400 never once showed me the screen until right at the very end so you can turn up with a tool you know cannot do anything to help and get £77 very poor

I was down in Bude for the weekend when my car broke down — turned out the alternator had failed. I called a local garage, but they couldn’t get the part for another 7 days, meaning I’d have to come back and collect the car — not ideal when I live 3 hours away. My sister’s boyfriend, who works with cars, recommended ClickMechanic. I booked the job and waited from around 12:30. Being in Bude, I understood there weren’t many workshops nearby with the right parts, so I didn’t expect a quick fix. Later in the evening, I got a message that a mechanic had accepted the job. Chris was fantastic — he kept me well informed, travelled an hour to get to me on a Saturday, and spent around 3 hours completing the repair. I’m really pleased with the service — Chris genuinely saved the trip and got me safely back on the road. I was so relieved to get home. Would highly recommend Chris — professional, dedicated, and clearly knows his stuff!
