Honda Civic Heater blower motor replacement

Collected car 4 hours later than expected, then contacted me to say the repair would take longer than he originally thought as it was a difficult job.
Agreed an extra day and was then asked to pay extra than the price agreed and had paid in advance.
Car returned 2 days later than expected & an extra 100 quid.
Repair done and working to good standard, very unimpressive & expensive experience with a lot of mither.

Adam from Kirby’s was great. Understood that I was in need of rapid repair to clutch so I could get back on the road after RAC dropped me off. Adam came and picked up the van on Saturday, got the team to finish the job Sunday morning and dropped it back with me, so I was back in Bristol by the early evening. Thanks!
