Hi, We have only driven the vehicle to pick it up and return it. Which is less than 10 miles. We haven't done any extra miles especially since the vehicle had no MOT. We have changed the air filter and if you would open it up you would see they are brand new. We have done everything you have asked for and didn't cut any corners so this review is very unfair.

The mechanic was approachable, did the job well and gave some good advice for future works. I was able to contact him when needed. The only let down was punctuality, so the car was picked up almost 2hrs after the original slot (08:00-10:00) which meant it wasn't ready for the agreed time end of business of the same day only 13:00 the next day. Other than that no problem with the price, quality or standard with work. Relatively good service minus the delay. If there were no delays I would have been a very happy customer.

Took very 3 days to do a four and a half hour job, then claimed that the rear brakes were stuck on, failed the MOT and wanted another grand to sort it out. Odd that I'm still getting >40mpg in a Discovery Sport and the rear calipers are less than 15 months old and the wheels turn 100% freely.
They also fitted the wrong tyres, cheaper ones with worse fuel efficiency and wet grip ratings.

Hi,
As mentioned before, your car was booked on Saturday, we started the job and we called you on Saturday afternoon to discuss the car not being ready yet and we will sort it out on Monday, you mentioned you are on holiday and would be fine with us bringing it on Monday, on Sundays as stated on our business profile we are closed. Monday was a bank holiday which we came to the garage just to finish your car. So this first point we discussed with you and you were completely fine with it.
You complained regarding the quotation for brake calipers, this is an offer through ClickMechanic which you do not have to accept.
We have to quote work via ClickMechanic as this is their policy. Regarding the price I cannot change anything about this as this is between you and ClickMechanic.
As for the failure of the MOT. This is exactly the same as the previous MOT which was done by another MOT garage on the 18th of march this year. As mentioned before this cannot be passed without testing. The roller bank tells us it won't be a pass and this is not something we can change. I've mentioned before, you are welcome to sort out the issue and bring the car back for a retest.
The tyre you ordered is a budget tyre, we have used a different brand which is mid range tyre, because we cannot get the Kustone tyre, we decided to give you a better tyre instead.
As for the washer fluid, you are completely right and we have forgotten about that. We are happy to sort that out for you as we agree this should've been done. When you come for the MOT retest, we can sort this out for you.
